This homeowner’s dream was to add an all year room to the front of the house. A custom European Sunroom was designed to fit comfortably with the existing rooflines of the house and next to the front entrance way to the house.

The European Sunroom has a flat and sloped polycarbonate roof with two remote controlled skylights for added ventilation. The ventilation system itself boasts our custom tilt and turn system which means that there are two different styles of opening. One way to let in a slight breeze and to ensure rain does not get into the room, and the other completely opening into the room for maximum ventilation.

Adding a room to the front of the house is a pleasant alternative to that of adding a conventional room to the front or the back.

These homeowners in Berkeley Heights are delights to be able to enjoy their extensive manicured lawns year round.
